Update

As we begin planning for more concerts, and getting things more organized with our group, we are going to need more people to volunteer for different committees, such as a by-laws committee, and for other duties related to the concerts.  So, if you are interested in helping please let us know.  We will post a list of things later.  But for example, for a concert, we will need to have people in charge of things like, audio, video, designing programs and printing.  These are just a few.  Thanks

We have a structure for our Board of Directors that will require another board member-at large.  This will be an elected position.  We also have two board positions that will be interviewed and appointed.  This is for a person in charge of publicity; notifying the media, channel 20 etc to get the word out about the choir and concerts.  The other position will be marketing; helping with getting a structure to promote the choir to potential donors.

We also have 6 non board positions we need volunteers for.  These will be chosen by the board from interested parties.  These position do NOT have to be choir members.  Spouses and other committed volunteers may be chosen.  These positions will be part of a structure to make sure all stage area, and audience area setup and tasks get done.  If you are interested, see us at rehearsals and we will explain the structure in more detail and put your name on the list.

It is very important that these positions be filled, so that we can be a more efficient choir and help these schools better!
